How to combine multiple PNG files into one PDF
To combine PNG files into one PDF, add the images to PNG Binder, put them in their final order, choose page options, and create the PDF. The selected images and generated PDF stay in your browser instead of being sent to a conversion server.
Start with the final page order
- Add up to 50 PNG, JPG, or JPEG images.
- Drag images into order, use Natural sort for numbered filenames, or reverse the list.
- Choose Auto, A4, or US Letter and add margins if needed.
- Create the PDF and download the single ordered file.
Choose the page setting for the job
Use Auto when images have different dimensions. Choose A4 or US Letter when the PDF will be printed or shared as a standard paper document. The converter keeps each image fully visible rather than cropping it.
Know what the finished PDF can and cannot do
This workflow creates an image-based PDF for screenshots, receipts, scanned image pages, visual handoffs, and notes. It does not add OCR, searchable text, editable tables, or cloud storage. Large batches can take longer because the work happens on the current device.
Keep the conversion local
PNG Binder processes selected files in the browser tab. Read about the browser-local product boundary.
